Welcome to 2nd Life Club. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of 2ndLifeClub.com and your purchase or participation in services offered by 2nd Life Club.

By using this website, purchasing a service, or enrolling in a 2nd Life Club program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Services

2nd Life Club provides dating and relationship coaching, group coaching sessions, dating profile reviews, educational resources, and related services for adults age 18 and older.

2nd Life Club coaching is educational and supportive in nature. Coaching is not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for services provided by a licensed professional.

No Guarantee of Results

Dating, relationships, and personal growth involve individual circumstances and choices. 2nd Life Club does not guarantee that coaching, profile recommendations, group participation, or other services will result in a relationship, specific dating outcome, or other particular result.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, relationships, communications, and personal safety.

Group Coaching Memberships

Group coaching memberships are billed monthly at the price displayed at checkout.

Depending on the membership selected, your membership may include one, two, or four live 50-minute group sessions during each monthly billing period.

Memberships automatically renew each month using the payment method provided at checkout until canceled.

By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize 2nd Life Club and its payment processor, Stripe, to charge the applicable recurring membership fee to your payment method each billing period until you cancel.

You may cancel your membership through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period, and you will retain access through that date.

To avoid the next recurring charge, cancellation must be completed before your next billing date.

Payments already processed are nonrefundable except where required by law. There are no partial-period or prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period.

Missed group sessions are not refunded, credited, transferred, or carried forward.

Automatic Renewal

Recurring memberships continue automatically until canceled.

Before completing a recurring purchase, customers are provided with the membership price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation information.

Customers who enroll online may cancel online through the Stripe customer portal.

2nd Life Club will provide renewal, pricing, or subscription notices when required by applicable law.

Dating App Profile Services

Dating App Profile Review and Dating App Profile Review & Rewrite services are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew.

The service begins after the customer provides the requested questionnaire, screenshots, and other information necessary to complete the review.

The Dating App Profile Review includes personalized recommendations and feedback. It does not include a complete rewrite unless the Review & Rewrite service has been purchased.

The Dating App Profile Review & Rewrite includes the services described at checkout and one round of revisions unless otherwise stated.

Recommendations are based on information provided by the customer. 2nd Life Club does not guarantee increased matches, dates, responses, or relationship outcomes.

Refunds and Cancellations

Recurring memberships may be canceled before the next billing date through the customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

Payments already processed for memberships are nonrefundable except where required by law.

For one-time services, please contact 2nd Life Club as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. Once personalized work on a profile review, rewrite, or other custom service has begun, the payment is nonrefundable except where required by law.

If 2nd Life Club is unable to provide a purchased service, an appropriate refund, credit, or rescheduling option will be provided.

Group Confidentiality and Conduct

Group participants agree to respect the privacy of other participants.

Participants may not record, photograph, screenshot, distribute, publish, or share another participant's identity, statements, personal experiences, images, or other information disclosed during a group session without that person's permission.

2nd Life Club asks all group participants to maintain confidentiality. Because group sessions involve other individuals, 2nd Life Club cannot guarantee that another participant will comply with these requirements.

Disruptive, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, sexually inappropriate, harassing, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from a session or termination of participation.

Zoom and Third-Party Services

Some 2nd Life Club services are delivered using third-party platforms such as Zoom, Stripe, email providers, scheduling services, and other technology providers.

Use of those services may also be subject to the third party's own terms and privacy practices.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, materials provided by 2nd Life Club, including written materials, worksheets, videos, exercises, coaching materials, graphics, and other content, are owned by or licensed to 2nd Life Club.

Materials are provided for your personal use and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, published, or used commercially without written permission.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent payment information, or use 2nd Life Club content or services for unlawful purposes.

Privacy

Your use of the website and services is also subject to the 2nd Life Club Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

2nd Life Club may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.

Material changes affecting an existing recurring subscription will be communicated when required by applicable law.

The effective date at the top of this page will indicate when these Terms were most recently updated.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
