Refund, Cancellation & Purchase Policy

All purchases made through 2nd Life Club are subject to the policies below. Please review them before completing your purchase.  By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund, Cancellation & Purchase Policy.”

Digital Products

All digital products, e-books, guides, workbooks, and downloadable materials are final sale and non-refundable once purchased or delivered.  Because digital products cannot be returned once access has been provided, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for change of mind.

If you experience a technical issue accessing a purchased file, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

Dating Profile Services

Basic Cleanup and Deep Dive Dating Profile Update services are non-refundable once purchased.  Because these services involve personalized review, feedback, preparation, and time reserved specifically for you, all sales are final.

If additional information is required to complete your review, you are responsible for providing the requested photos, screenshots, prompts, or other materials.

1:1 Love & Life Services

Payments for 1:1 Love & Life programs are non-refundable once the program begins.

If you need to reschedule a scheduled session, notice must be provided at least 48 hours in advance. Sessions canceled or missed with less than 48 hours’ notice may be considered used and are not guaranteed to be rescheduled.

Any unused sessions must be completed within the timeframe established for the purchased program unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Dating Groups & Recurring Memberships

Dating Group memberships are billed according to the plan selected at checkout.

Recurring memberships continue until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund payments already processed.

Members who enroll online must be provided an online method to cancel. California’s Automatic Renewal Law also requires clear disclosure of recurring charges, affirmative consent before enrollment, and straightforward cancellation procedures.

If you cancel after a renewal payment has already been processed, your membership may remain active through the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

Missed group sessions do not create a refund or credit.

Promotional Codes & Partner Offers

Discount codes, promotional pricing, and partner offers apply only according to the terms stated with that offer.  Promotional purchases remain subject to the same refund and cancellation policies as full-price purchases unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

No Guarantees 2nd Life Club provides educational information, personal guidance, group discussions, profile feedback, and related services.  We do not guarantee specific dating, relationship, personal, financial, or other outcomes. Results vary based on individual circumstances, participation, decisions, and effort.

Not Therapy or Medical Care

2nd Life Club services are educational and personal-development services. They are not a substitute for licensed mental health care, medical care, legal advice, or other professional services.

Chargebacks

If you believe there is an error with a purchase, please contact 2nd Life Club before initiating a chargeback so we have an opportunity to review and resolve the issue.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
